Hi, I'm Eva. With over 25 years of practice and 17 years of teaching experience, I bring a deeply holistic approach to healing and self-discovery. I'm certified in Soma Yoga and Prana Yoga, am a White Light, Holy Fire III, and Karuna Reiki Master, and hold a certification in Pranayama and Yoga Nidra — all rooted in the mind-body-spirit connection. As a trained Respiratory Therapist, I also bring a unique scientific understanding of the body and breath that informs my work. I believe we each carry the capacity to move through our challenges and create balance in our lives, and I'm honored to help guide that journey. I was drawn to the Untangled Method because it allows me to bring all of my knowledge and experience into a proven framework.
